Answers to common questions about reaching us

New patient appointments are typically available within 1-2 weeks, depending on provider availability. We do keep a cancellation list for earlier appointments if they become available. Urgent cases are prioritized - please indicate if you need urgent care when contacting us.

Yes, we offer secure telehealth video appointments for established patients. Some initial evaluations may need to be in-person depending on your needs. Our staff can help determine what's appropriate for your situation when you schedule.

We accept most major insurance plans including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and Medicare. Please contact our office to verify your specific coverage. We also offer self-pay options and can provide documentation for out-of-network reimbursement.

Please bring your insurance card, photo ID, a list of current medications (including dosages), any relevant medical records, and completed new patient forms which we'll send you after scheduling. Arriving 15 minutes early for paperwork is recommended.

Prescription refills should be requested through our patient portal or by calling our office during business hours. Please allow 48 hours for processing. Note that some medications may require an appointment before refilling. Controlled substances cannot be refilled outside office hours.
